A Seasonal Embodied Practice — June 2026

Portal of Light
The Summer Solstice and the Inner Sun

As we approach the Summer Solstice — the longest day of the year — we enter a season long associated with illumination, vitality, and awakening. Across cultures, the sun has symbolized consciousness, renewal, and the radiant center of life itself.

This four-week Kundalini Yoga series explores the symbolism of the Inner Sun through breathwork, movement, meditation, Jungian psychology, and contemplative practice. Together we will approach the Solstice as both a seasonal and psychological threshold while working with themes of vitality, coherence, embodiment, and the heart as a living center of awareness.

Rather than striving toward endless brightness or transcendence, this series invites a grounded and compassionate radiance — one capable of holding both light and shadow with greater steadiness and presence.

Classes meet Sundays at 9 AM Pacific / 12 Noon Eastern via Zoom.

Each session includes live teaching, guided practice, and space for community reflection.

This four-week seasonal series is offered on a sliding scale of $30–75, with a standard contribution of $49.

Please choose the level that feels aligned for you. Your contribution helps sustain future community classes and outreach.
