January 2026 Kundalini Yoga Series

Practicing for Global Peace: Heart Coherence & the Collective Psyche

 

Join Anne Taylor, Ph.D., for a four-week Kundalini Yoga series dedicated to cultivating heart coherence in service of global peace. Practiced in community, each class integrates breath, movement, mantra, and meditation—supporting heart–brain coherence within the individual and contributing to steadiness within the collective field.

Classes meet Sundays at 9 AM Pacific / 12 Noon Eastern via Zoom.
Each session includes live teaching, guided practice, and community reflection.

This is a donation-based offering—all are welcome, no one turned away. Recommended donation $49 for the series.
