Reclaiming What Has Been Exiled

What if freedom is not something we acquire, but something we uncover?

This four-week Kundalini Yoga series explores liberation through awareness, breath, movement, meditation, and self-inquiry. Together we will investigate the unconscious patterns, beliefs, and habits that quietly shape our lives while cultivating greater freedom, authenticity, and alignment with the deeper Self.

Over the course of the month, we will explore the nature of freedom itself, reclaim forgotten or exiled aspects of the self, cultivate the courage to express what is authentic, and begin living from a deeper center of awareness. Each class includes Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, deep relaxation, meditation, and time for reflection and community connection.

No previous yoga experience is necessary. All are welcome.

Classes meet Sundays at 9 AM Pacific / 12 Noon Eastern via Zoom.


Each session includes live teaching, guided practice, and space for community reflection.

This four-week seasonal series is offered on a sliding scale of $30–75, with a standard contribution of $49.
