The Alchemy of Spring: The Quickening

A Five-Week Kundalini Yoga Seasonal Practice

As winter softens and light returns, something within us begins to stir. The Quickening is a five-week journey into renewal — a contemplative exploration of breath, circulation, release, and the subtle intelligence of the body as it awakens from dormancy.

Rooted in Kundalini Yoga and informed by depth psychology, this seasonal practice honors spring not as a productivity surge, but as a gentle reanimation of life force. Through pranayam, kriya, meditation, and guided deep relaxation, we restore movement where energy has grown still and cultivate clarity where stagnation has lingered.
